Go to leave the centre and as I step out not only do I choke on cigarette smoke from the Carindale Hotel as I walk along the foot path I see a kids playground o All I smelled was the smoke.

Don't force me to breathe in your smoke. If that's what you want to do then fine. Don't allow or do it around people who don't choose to smoke or children. A massive thank you to the Westfield staff who assisted me today.

My car wouldn't start and I had my three month old baby with me. When I told them RACQ had app They phoned racq and had them assist me within 30mins.

They even waited with my car and flagged them down while they told me to wait inside where other staff made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier to deal with.

Thanks, but no thanks. Over the summer period the centre has been EXTREMELY stuffy and hot, there seems to be no airflow and is just way too uncomforta ble to do my shopping.

I feel sorry for the workers that have to work there! I'll be shopping at a different centre that is comfortabl e from now on. On 5 February I purchased two garage remotes from ENGRAVING PLUS at Carindale. As I didn't need them, I tried to have them returned on 7 February.

Bear this in mind if choosing to deal with this firm.

I will not spend another cent in this store owing to their poor policy decisions. It's a pity the centre management allow stores to operate with such a policy.

I will definitely be going to other centres to do my shopping. Westfield Management please take note: As a shopper, I have a choice to not go there but employees in the shops do not. I'm pretty sure these working conditions go against WHS regulation s.

The nice younger lady there said I was not talking to her I was not complainin g I was just saying.

I working in customer service and the way she talked to me made me very mad. Maybe more Training is needed. Went to Gomez y Guzman and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Then we shot across to Max Brennen and again the service was excellent and super friendly. Thanks for being open on Australia Day It was a great night.

I love going to Carindale- its spacious n well laid out-I definately find it very relaxing when I shop there or have a meal. I think Westfield Carindale is the BEST!
